Terms of service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms cover the free homepage concept, the website build and the monthly plan. "You" means the venue. "I" means Bruno Molan.

Who I am

Tour to Aisle, operated by Bruno Molan, Zagreb, Croatia. I design, build and run every site myself, for US wedding venues.

What you get

The free concept. You send your website address, or your Instagram or listing if you have no site. Within 48 hours, weekends included, you get a private preview link to one homepage concept, working on phone and desktop, hidden from search engines. If I need anything else, I say so in my first reply, and the clock starts when I have it. You owe nothing if you decline.

If you decline, I keep the concept. The preview link comes down after 30 days. Your name and photos are never used anywhere else. I may reuse layout ideas, never your content. You may keep screenshots.

The build. When you accept the concept, I build the full site. I write the copy from your current site, listings and reviews plus a short call, and you approve it before launch. Photos come from your site and social accounts with your OK. I give you a launch date when you say yes.

The monthly plan. From launch day, the plan covers hosting, monthly updates, an instant reply to every inquiry from your site form, missed-call text back and the tour booking calendar. Emails forwarded from listing sites are not covered.

Prices and payment

All prices in USD. Setup is $997, charged when you accept the concept and before the full build starts, by card through a Stripe invoice. The plan is $397 a month from launch day, billed monthly by card through Stripe. Your price stays locked for as long as you stay.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel anytime, with no notice period. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month, with no refunds for partial months. The $997 is refunded in full if you cancel before the full build starts. After that it is non-refundable.

Ownership and handover

Your content is always yours: text, photos, reviews, your name and your logo. Your domain is always in your name. While you are on the plan, the design and code are licensed to you. If you leave, the built site files become yours to keep: a zip of HTML, CSS, JS and images that runs on any standard host. Your site stays up for 30 days after the plan ends so you can move it. I may reuse generic code and layout patterns, never your content.

The monthly system (instant reply, text back, tour calendar and the phone number) stops when the plan ends. You can export your contacts as a CSV.

What the monthly plan covers, and fair use

Small changes are included: text, prices, packages, photos, FAQs, dates and seasonal notes, done within 2 business days. A new page, a new kind of section or a redesign is quoted first.

The phone number, carrier registration fees and normal texting volume are inside the $397. If your texting goes far beyond normal use, I will talk with you before anything changes.

Texting and carrier registration

Texts go out from a local US number registered in your venue's name. US carriers require this registration (A2P 10DLC), and I handle it using your legal business name, EIN and address. It does not delay launch: your site, email replies and tour booking go live first, and texting switches on when the carriers approve it, usually within one to two weeks. The carriers set the pace.

Your content and your responsibilities

You confirm that the facts about your venue (prices, capacity, dates, policies) are accurate, and you tell me when they change. You confirm you have the rights to every photo and review you give me. You approve the exact wording of the instant reply and the missed-call text before they go live. You keep the SMS consent line on your inquiry form; texts go only to couples who tick it. You keep your booked dates current in the shared sheet, or send them to me.

Availability and limits

I make reasonable efforts to keep your site and the monthly system running, but they rely on third-party services and I cannot promise they never go down. I do not promise bookings, inquiries or revenue. My total liability to you is capped at the amounts you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to the terms

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date.

Law and court

Croatian law applies. The competent court is in Zagreb.
