Privacy policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This site is for wedding venue owners and managers. It is not aimed at children, and I do not knowingly collect anything from a child.

Who is responsible

Tour to Aisle, operated by Bruno Molan, Zagreb, Croatia, is the data controller for this website. I am in the European Union, so the GDPR applies to everything described here. You can reach me at hello@tourtoaisle.com.

What I collect and why

The concept form. When you ask for a free homepage concept, the form collects your venue name, your website, your name and your email. Your phone number and the "Anything I should know?" field are optional. I use these to make your concept and to reply to you.

The form also carries hidden fields: venue, ref and any utm parameters from the link you clicked. They tell me which email brought you here, so I know what works.

The walkthrough booking. If you book a 15-minute walkthrough, Cal.com asks for your name, email, venue name and website, and sets up a Google Meet link for the call.

Email. If you write to hello@tourtoaisle.com, I keep the conversation so I can answer you.

Visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. It does not build a profile of you, and I cannot see who you are.

Legal basis

For the form, the booking and email, I process your details because you asked me to take steps before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For the hidden campaign fields and the visit counts, I rely on my legitimate interest in knowing which emails and pages work (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to that at any time. See your rights below.

Who handles the data for me

I use a few providers. Each one processes data only to do its job for me.

ProviderWhat it does
Formspree (United States)Delivers the concept form to my inbox
Cal.comRuns the walkthrough booking. It loads only when you click the booking button
CloudflareHosts the site on Cloudflare Pages, counts visits with Web Analytics, and routes mail for hello@tourtoaisle.com
GoogleGmail, where the mail lands, and Google Meet for calls
StripeCard payments, if you become a customer

Formspree is in the United States, and other providers may handle data outside the European Union. Where that happens, I rely on the transfer safeguards the GDPR allows.

I do not sell your details and I do not share them with anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The Cal.com booking loads only when you click to open it, and it may set its own cookies from that point. Nothing loads before you ask for it.

How long I keep it

Concept requests are kept for up to 12 months, unless you become a customer. If you decline a concept, it stays in my files, but your name and photos are never used anywhere else, and the preview link comes down after 30 days. If you become a customer, I keep your records for as long as the contract runs and as long as Croatian bookkeeping rules require.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to:

Email hello@tourtoaisle.com and I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in Croatia or in your own country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
